When each of us was born, a crown was placed above our heads. That particular crown is our own and only we can wear it. We cannot pull this crown down to our heads. Instead, each of us must grow tall enough to wear the crown.
Growing tall enough to wear the crown demands that one not only gains knowledge but also develops spiritual strength, moral courage, and sound character. It is our goal to instill these keys in youth throughout our communities.

The Leadership Academy is a Saturday workshop conducted throughout the school year which focuses on self-regulation, organization, setting and accomplishing goals.
The Reading Initiative
The Reading Initiative is an after school program that is focused on improving reading comprehension through engaging activities which simultaneously inspire an interest in reading.
Community Builders is a community beautification program centered around “green” initiatives such as water conservation and repurposing outdoor community spaces.
The Empowerment Market is held quarterly during fundraising events. The Marketplace extends an invitation to various community organizations that offer social services and programs or offer information on these types of programs and services.
